Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins after receipt of the last goods or the last partial shipment.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, email, or via our contact form).
2. Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The return costs for the entire shipment are borne by you as the customer. Please send the goods to the following address:

Ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and original packaging. In case of damage, signs of use, or missing parts, compensation for the loss of value may be claimed.
3. Refund
We will refund all payments you have made in connection with the purchase immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
- Goods that are custom-made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery;
