Exchanges or returns without defects (e.g., dislike, wrong choice, change of mind) are generally excluded .

Our products are aimed particularly at clubs, bars, and restaurants , and some are delivered customized, sealed, or for professional use . Therefore, returns without defects are not possible.

Should an article:

If the goods arrive at your address, please contact us within 7 days of receiving them .

• Items that are not returned in their original condition or without their original packaging
