General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop.

This offer is exclusively for customers residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein, unless otherwise stated.

2. Subject matter of the contract

The products are shipped directly from the respective supplier or manufacturer to the customer.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as:

• the order will be confirmed by email or

• the goods are shipped.

4. Prizes

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT , unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any shipping costs or additional costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Payment terms

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Twint

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.

6th delivery

Delivery is made directly by the respective supplier to the delivery address specified by the customer.

For this reason

• Delivery times may vary.

• Partial deliveries are possible

• Delivery delays do not automatically entitle the holder to withdraw from the contract.

Non-binding delivery times are for guidance only.

7. No right of withdrawal or return

In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

A right of return or cancellation is expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Orders are binding and cannot be cancelled or returned once completed.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).

The customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects in writing within 5 days .

In the case of justified defects, we will, at our discretion:

• replacement delivery or

• Refund of the purchase price

9. Liability

Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law for:

• slight negligence

• indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• lost profit

Liability for gross negligence and intent remains reserved.

10. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Safe Club, operated by Tristan Müller, in accordance with Art. 715 of the Swiss Civil Code, until full payment is received.

11. Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) .

12. Copyrights

All content of the online shop (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright.
Use without explicit consent is prohibited.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction is Rüti ZH, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.

14. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
