Shipping regulations

📦 Shipping & Delivery Times

We deliver our products within Switzerland and to selected European countries.

The standard delivery time is 7–20 working days from receipt of order.
Since many of our products are specialized presentation solutions , some are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from international warehouses.

Please note:

  • Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery time.

  • In exceptional cases (e.g. customs clearance, high demand, public holidays) slight delays may occur.

🚚 Shipping processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

  • Depending on the shipping method, shipment tracking may be available.

💰 Shipping costs

The applicable shipping costs are displayed transparently in the checkout before the order is completed.

🛃 Customs & Import Duties (Switzerland)

Deliveries from abroad may be subject to customs duties, VAT or import taxes .
These costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

📍 Delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete.
We accept no liability for delays or returns due to incorrect address information.

❗ Delays & Liability

Should there be any unexpected delivery delays, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, customs authorities or shipping service providers.
