Shipping regulations

📦 Shipping & Delivery Times

We deliver our products within Switzerland and to selected European countries.

The regular delivery time is 7–20 working days from receipt of order.
As many of our products are specialized presentation solutions, they are sometimes shipped directly from the manufacturer or from international warehouses.

Please note:

  • Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery time

  • In exceptional cases (e.g. customs clearance, high demand, public holidays), slight delays may occur

🚚 Shipping Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 24 hours on working days

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email

💰 Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs will be transparently displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

🛃 Customs & Import Duties (Switzerland)

For deliveries from abroad, customs duties, VAT or import charges may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated.

📍 Delivery Address

Please ensure that the provided delivery address is correct and complete.
We assume no liability for delays or returns due to incorrect address details.

❗ Delays & Liability

Should unexpected delivery delays occur, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, customs authorities or shipping service providers.
